Users must not misuse EKALO OS or attempt to harm the platform, other customers, or third parties.

• Attempt unauthorized access, hacking, credential theft, or privilege escalation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, steal source code, scrape proprietary workflows, or bypass technical restrictions.
• Bypass subscriptions, payment checks, plan limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
• Automate abusive activity, spam, create fake accounts, overload systems, or interfere with servers.
• Distribute malware, upload illegal content, violate laws, exploit bugs, abuse payments, or perform fraudulent chargebacks.

If you discover a vulnerability, report it responsibly to the legal or support email. Do not exploit, disclose, access data, modify records, or continue testing without written authorization.

EKALO may suspend an account, restrict access, terminate service, preserve evidence, reject refunds connected to abuse, report illegal activity, and cooperate with lawful government, court, payment provider, or platform requests.
