You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, maintaining accurate company information, assigning appropriate user roles, and reviewing data entered by your team. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless you promptly report suspected compromise.

EKALO OS may add, modify, or remove features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product value. Access to some features may depend on plan, payment status, module settings, admin approval, device capability, or third-party service availability.

Customers retain ownership of business data they enter. EKALO OS owns the software, product design, workflows, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, and related intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service.

EKALO may suspend accounts, restrict access, terminate service, reject refunds for abuse, report illegal activity, preserve evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests when necessary to protect the platform, customers, or the public.
