Refund & Cancellation Policy

EKALO OS is a digital SaaS service. Subscription fees cover access to software, infrastructure, storage, support, verification, and operational availability during the billing period.

Customers may request cancellation through support or the available account workflow. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable but does not automatically refund previously delivered service periods.

Refund requests are reviewed manually. Approved refunds may be issued for duplicate payments, verified billing mistakes, or exceptional service issues. Refunds may be rejected for completed service periods, policy abuse, fraudulent activity, violations, or misuse.

Fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized resale, suspicious chargebacks, or attempts to bypass billing may lead to account restriction, termination, evidence preservation, refund denial, and payment-provider or legal reporting.
