Depending on the modules enabled by your organization, EKALO OS may collect account details, authentication identifiers, company and site information, party master records, work entries, invoices, supplier records, trip and vehicle details, GPS proof metadata, captured photos, files, subscription status, analytics events, crash reports, device information, browser information, approximate location data, and cookies.

  • Authentication data such as name, email, user ID, profile image, sign-in provider, and active company or site.
  • Operational data entered by users, including invoices, trips, work records, files, photos, GPS proof details, and business notes.
  • Subscription and plan metadata required to verify access and support billing operations.
  • Technical data such as device model, operating system, IP address when available, browser type, diagnostics, and crash logs.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service, sync authorized business records, verify identity, enforce plans, detect abuse, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, improve performance, and maintain security. We do not sell customer business data.

Sharing and disclosures

We share data only with service providers needed to run EKALO OS, with authorized members of your organization, when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or during a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide EKALO OS, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain backups. Customers should export or back up critical business data according to their own retention policies.
