EKALO OS processes customer data to provide hosted business software, support, reliability, security, and compliance. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have authority to upload and process their business records.

EKALO OS uses authentication, role-based access patterns, Firebase/Firestore security features, secure storage practices, transport encryption, operational monitoring, and access controls designed to protect customer data.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections where supported by the platform. Hosted data relies on cloud-provider security controls, Firestore protections, and secure storage configurations. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Customers must manage user roles, remove former staff, protect devices, review shared files, maintain backups, and report suspected account compromise promptly.
